Tom at Washington Diamond is absolutely wonderful. He truly listens to his customers, educates them, and doesn't push anything on them. With Tom, you don't feel like you are getting sales b. s. You are getting the truth. Tom definitely wants every person who walks into his store to become a customer, but he honestly understands when, for whatever reason, someone doesn't end up purchasing from him.
