Not only does Tom crack me up on a regular basis, he is my go-to guy when it comes to jewelry. I purchased my first ring from another company in DC claiming the best prices and best quality, and it turns out that my diamond wasn't even up to snuff when compared to the GIA certificate. Tom showed me additional flaws he was shocked to find, then helped me be OK with the purchase at some other store, and then went on to help me find the perfect wedding rings!

He is a true gentleman, everyone at the store are always extremely friendly, helpful AND knowledgeable. You cannot beat their quality -- they have professional metallurgists and jewelers working on site, they even pour their own platinum, gold and silver rings from molten metal! This place is GREAT! A local place with top notch customer service! 

My husband got my engagement ring there because out of all the other places this was the only one that really had great customer service. I had to take my ring to get resized, and during the process the sales people were extremely professional and friendly. 

We had such a great experience that we got our wedding bands there!! The selection was great and again, the service was excellent!
