What impressed me the most about Washington Diamond was the quality and variety of their products.  Also, the professionalism and excellent service provided by the staff was big plus.

My fiance and I went to Washington Diamond looking for an engagement ring.  Washington Diamond made a ring so beautiful that I never want to take it off.

We were so happy with the engagement ring that decided to go back for our wedding rings.  We made an appointment to start looking at rings and the staff at Washington Diamond helped us find the perfect rings at an affordable price so we could not resist the excitement and purchased them right away.

We can't wait for our wedding day to start wearing the Washington Diamond rings!

After shopping around at the typical jewelry stores (and being disappointed), my fiance found the website for Washington Diamond and insisted I make an appointment. Like many guys, I find the idea of jewelry stores pretty scary and hate the inevitable pressure to pick out and buy the right thing. Fortunately, Washington Diamond is nothing like the rest. Because we had an appointment, we were able to sit down with the full attention of Tom, the person who helped us. I did take my fiance (because she asked me to), and she knew exactly what she wanted. We had a tight budget and had just been disappointed at other stores because of the gimmicks and strange additional costs. Once again, Washington Diamond amazed us. She explained what she wanted and our budget, and Tom worked with us. He knew exactly what she wanted and made it fit our budget. We are both forever grateful for the service we received and the quality of ring that is on her finger now. We look forward to visiting again, this time to purchase our wedding bands. I brought in a picture of a 1930's antique white gold ring my girlfriend liked. They were able to make a platinum ring in the same antique style and added some other features she preferred with a certified stone. I looked at a few different diamonds and Tom explained the differences in each one, such as price, size, color, etc. The price was very reasonable and the ring was ready in a week. The Washington Diamond Company is THE place to go for Engagement and Wedding Rings! Tom Daube is THE Man! -- and is Staff is FANTASTIC. Professional & Helpful Service. Very competitive prices. And Execeptional Quality. I bought my wife's engagement ring from Tom. I shopped around a LOT, and went to Washington Diamond 3x before final deciding which ring to get. We bought my eternity, platinum wedding band here and we love it. It makes my engagement ring look brighter, which we also bought from Washington Diamonds. I got a discount because someone with small ring size had ordered it but cancelled at the last minute and luckily it fit me. It was a win/win situation. Watler, our service representative was very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. The receptionist is also friendly and I also love getting my ring cleaned here! We bought a 5-year anniversary band for me in 2005 and then a 10-year anniversary band this summer. We had it and my husband's original wedding band (not purchased at Washington Diamond) engraved with a matching phrase.

Choosing the ring and engraving was so easy and took less than 30 minutes (they didn't rush us; we just knew what we wanted and they led us right to it).

The only hiccup in the whole process was that my band somehow was sized a full size too large.  

They immediately sized the ring down at no charge and agreed to re-work the engraving if it was affected by the re-sizing also at no charge. They were very professional and accommodating about the change.

The whole process from choosing rings to getting the final engraved and correctly sized band took 2 weeks. We love working with Washington Diamond, and have been faithful customers for over 5 years now. We are already eagerly planning our next purchase.    Jeremy W.  11/20/10

My wife and I now live in the Boston area, and we still only shop for our jewelry at Washington Diamond. This establishment has the most professional and knowledgeable staff, and their product is certified and top quality. The level of service is second to none. I refuse to buy jewelry from any other store.

I found Washington Diamond just by searching online, and I'm so happy I did!
